Tortilla Wraps

Rich and I made.. err tortilla wraps or something. I don’t know what it’s called. It’s turkey bacon with parmesan and mozzarella (because just saying cheese isn’t atas enough) sandwiched between tortillas, which is then lightly fried on a heated grill. It was surprisingly palatable.

We wanted to cook crabs but chickened out because that seemed to be on the extreme ends of cooking difficulty. Whatever I played in Cooking Mama DS would not prepare me in turning a live shellfish into an edible dish that wouldn’t give me salmonella food poisoning. Maybe next time.
